I just wanted to send you a quick email to let you know that we welcomed our baby girl, Charlotte into the world. She came a little earlier than expected at 39+2. Her birth weight was 10lbs on the nose- what a whopper!
I had meconium in my waters so was induced and ended up having a c section as didn’t move past 4cm dilation. It’s not quite how I would have liked things to go.
However, I was able to draw on my hypno birthing skills, listening to the tracks and using the breathing techniques which helped keep me calm and able to deal with the turns at the birth made.
