I was induced on the Saturday and managed to get to 9cm with TENS, gas and air and hypnobirthing.
Unfortunately I got stuck at 9cm for a further 12 hours and hence ended up with the C-section where they found he was very impacted in my pelvis. But we are both doing really well. We are so in love!
I found hypnobirthing absolutely amazing for both the labour part and the C-Section. Everyone commented on how relaxed I was for both and I really felt it.
Although it was a tough few days I know that hypnobirthing and your classes are what has meant it was a positive experience. So a huge thank you!
