On Friday morning we welcomed our little girl, Elspeth Hope, into the world. 10 days overdue and worth every bit of the wait. We’re smitten and thankful!
The birth was super fast.
I’m grateful to report that it was the calm natural birth, using hypnobirthing techniques, that I longed for.
Thank you for your calm, non-judgemental guidance. I hadn’t realised it but I think the course helped me to heal from/deal with the difficulties of the labour and birth of our first daughter, just as much as it helped me prepare for this one.
